ご案内
非公開リンクを開くと、設立の流れと役割分担がわかりやすく説明されています。Aplashが窓口を担い、提携する司法書士が登記の専門家として定款作成と申請を行います。プロセスを確認したことと、日本の法人銀行口座開設の実情について了承いただきます。
会社情報の入力
商号、目的、資本金、本店所在地、株主・役員情報など、会社の詳細をご入力いただきます。司法書士向けに整理するための情報で、この時点ではまだ申請されません。引き渡しまでは内容を更新いただけます。
契約
バイリンガルの業務委託契約書をご確認いただき、電子署名いただきます。Aplashも同様に署名します。着手前に、費用と業務範囲を書面で取り決めます。
設立
設立に必要な書類をご提出いただきます。Aplashが情報一式をまとめ、提携する司法書士が定款を作成し、株式会社の場合は必要に応じて公証を行い、登記を申請します。各段階の進捗はリンク上でご確認いただけます。
