Stated on each service order page and again on the review step before payment. Prices are in US dollars.

商品代金以外の必要料金 (Costs outside the price)

Except for the items that clause 2.5 of the Terms of Sale states are included in the company formation price (the partner judicial scrivener fee, the registration and licence tax (登録免許税) up to its cap, company seal production and, for a KK, articles notarisation), government fees, customs duty (関税), Japan Consumption Tax (消費税), notarisation, translation, courier and third-party professional fees are billed at cost by the party that incurs them, with no Aplash mark-up, and are outside the checkout price. The services are delivered electronically, so no delivery charge applies.

Credit card, processed by Stripe. Aplash does not receive or store card details. A Stripe invoice is issued for every order.

In full when the order is placed.

役務の提供時期 (Delivery)

After payment Aplash issues the next step within one business day. Where a service includes a filing, the timing and the outcome of that filing are set by the relevant authority and are case-specific.

キャンセル・返金 (Cancellation and refunds)

You may cancel for a full refund at any time before Aplash begins work on your matter. After that point the refund is the purchase price less the professional time recorded and any third-party cost already committed, itemised to you in writing. Clause 5 of the Terms of Sale states the full rule, including the pro rata treatment of the registered address term and the screening fee retained on a refused shelf company order. The Aplash Terms of Sale are the operative contract for your order. The rows above summarise them for this notice and do not vary them; where the two read differently, the Terms of Sale govern.
