Company SetupSecure Onboarding

A guided, secure path to your Japan company

When your incorporation begins, we send you one private, access-code-protected link. It walks you through every step, collects what your judicial scrivener (司法書士) needs, and lets you track progress. For security we never publish the link itself; here is how the journey works.

One private link, one access code, never published.

How it works

Four stages, one secure link

Every onboarding follows the same sequence, from first orientation to filed registration.

  1. 01Understand
  2. 02Your details
  3. 03Agreement
  4. 04Establishment
Step by step

What happens at each stage

01ご案内

Understand

You open the secure link and see a plain overview of how formation works and who does what. Aplash coordinates the front end; a partner judicial scrivener (司法書士) is the professional of record who drafts and files. You confirm you have read the process and acknowledge the realities of opening a Japanese corporate bank account.

02会社情報

Your details

You enter your company particulars: trade name (商号), business purposes (目的), capital (資本金), registered address, and your shareholders and officers. We organize these for your scrivener. Nothing is filed yet, and you can update it until handover.

03契約

Agreement

You review and electronically sign your bilingual engagement agreement; Aplash counter-signs. Fees and scope are set out in writing before anything proceeds.

04設立

Establishment

You provide the incorporation documents. Aplash assembles a particulars pack for your retained judicial scrivener, who drafts the Articles of Incorporation (定款), arranges notarization where required for a KK, and files the registration. You track each stage to completion.

Common questions

Onboarding, answered

Yes. The link is private and protected by a separate access code, and we never publish it. That is why this page explains the process rather than linking to it.
It depends on your nationality and document route. Some founders complete everything remotely; others need a consular signature certificate or an in-person step. We assess your specific case during onboarding.
No. Aplash coordinates the front end and organizes your particulars. The retained judicial scrivener (司法書士) drafts, certifies where required, and files the Articles of Incorporation (定款). Aplash is not a law firm or a judicial scrivener firm.
Timelines are indicative and depend on document readiness, notary and Legal Affairs Bureau scheduling, and the scrivener's review. We give you a realistic estimate for your case, never a commitment.
