A guided, secure path to your Japan company
When your incorporation begins, we send you one private, access-code-protected link. It walks you through every step, collects what your judicial scrivener (司法書士) needs, and lets you track progress. For security we never publish the link itself; here is how the journey works.
One private link, one access code, never published.
Four stages, one secure link
Every onboarding follows the same sequence, from first orientation to filed registration.

What happens at each stage
Understand
You open the secure link and see a plain overview of how formation works and who does what. Aplash coordinates the front end; a partner judicial scrivener (司法書士) is the professional of record who drafts and files. You confirm you have read the process and acknowledge the realities of opening a Japanese corporate bank account.
Your details
You enter your company particulars: trade name (商号), business purposes (目的), capital (資本金), registered address, and your shareholders and officers. We organize these for your scrivener. Nothing is filed yet, and you can update it until handover.
Agreement
You review and electronically sign your bilingual engagement agreement; Aplash counter-signs. Fees and scope are set out in writing before anything proceeds.
Establishment
You provide the incorporation documents. Aplash assembles a particulars pack for your retained judicial scrivener, who drafts the Articles of Incorporation (定款), arranges notarization where required for a KK, and files the registration. You track each stage to completion.
